Should I do repairs before or after cleaning?
Always make repairs prior to any cleaning. The carpet should be restretched with a power stretcher until drum tight in both length and width. ALL REPAIRS FIRST - THEN CLEAN! Do not allow inexperienced people to attempt repairs. Most carpet cleaners do not possess the experience or have proper tools to professionally repair your carpet. Like anything, always look to the "specialist" for the best job. We recommend CT Enterprises to all our customers.

Janitorial Service: We take great pride in our Janitorial Service. We are detail oriented and like to give each of our buildings a personal touch. We have convenient cleaning times to fit your busy schedule. Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly schedules are available. We also offer daytime, evening or weekend cleaning. We work around your schedule!
Carpet Cleaning: We use the process known as "Hot Water Extraction" or "Steam Cleaning". This is the preferred method because it allows each fiber to be cleaned individually. Using properly metered chemicals and cleaning at industry specified temperatures allows for virtually no residue, which is the primary cause for rapid re-soiling. Pre-spotting is included with our carpet cleaning and is never an additional charge. Dry time varies depending on inside and outside conditions. Ideal temperatures for drying are between 68°-72 ° Fahrenheit. Relative humidity also plays a factor in dry time. We endeavor to leave carpet dry by using extra drying strokes. Although we take all precautions necessary to decrease dry time, we ask you to allow at least 24 hours before removing any blocks or pads from underneath furniture. Our equipment is brand new and state of the art. Deodorizer and Teflon Protectant are available at an additional charge. Deodorizer and Teflon Protectant are available at an additional charge. Upholstery Cleaning: Upholstery is cleaned in the same manner as carpet, in most cases. Some fabrics require dry cleaning only, which is not as efficient for deep soil removal and will not brighten the fabrics. Upholstery actually dries a lot quicker than the carpet; usually within 6-8 hours.
Tile Cleaning: We use the truck mount unit for ceramic tile and grout cleaning. Using high strength cleaning agents and extremely HOT water, your tile and grout are scoured, scrubbed and rinsed. Finally we wipe to remove any residue.
Auto Interior: We use the same method on your auto or motor home as we use in the home. The results still amaze me at times.
Pressure Washing: Let us pressure wash your driveway or garage clean from all that oil residue. We can wash just about anything that cleans up, like graffiti on fences, sides of buildings, etc. You name it and we will clean it for you.
